With measured strides Peishin Louh, eighth seat of twelfth squad, marched across his division's grounds. There was no haste in his movements. There was no emotion in them at all, though his eyes betrayed a deep fatigue through the bags clinging underneath and the lack of lustre in their brown depths.

He was an unremarkable man to look at, with long black hair - currently tied into a spiky pineapple's crest on top of his head - and a long, thin body. Out of proportion shoulders exaggerated his lack of muscle, giving him a deceptively frail appearance. His shihakusho hung loosely on his frame, ripped at the left sleeve. Normally kind and relaxed, his face today was hard to read expression from. The left side was entirely covered in bandages and dressings.

Peishin stopped outside the twelfth squad holding pens.

"Eighth seat, Peishin Louh, reporting," he said to the deskwoman.

She looked at her paperwork. "Your name isn't on the list."

"Look under the entry 'Zaku Itsuru'," he told her. "He was supposed to be picked up by our tenth seat, Miyazaki Miya, but I requested and was granted permission to take her place."

The deskwoman adjusted her glasses, paying close attention to her papers for a few minutes. Peishin waited in silence, patiently, knowing bureaucracy at work when he saw it. Eventually she looked back to him and nodded.

"Go ahead, Peishin-sama. He's in block two, cell ninety-four."

"Why cell ninety-four?" he wondered.

"The cells surrounding it are empty. The captain didn't want him exposed to our other inmates." The deskwoman chuckled, covering her mouth with her hand demurely. "I can understand his intention. I heard about the Rewind thing."

"Yes. He's a wild one all right," Peishin answered, a slight grin creeping onto what was visible of his lips. "Arigato gozaimasu for your help. I'll be going to get him now."

"Dooitashimashite gozaimasu." The girl bowed without standing. "But you'll need his key. Hold on a second." She rummaged in her desk drawers, picking out and placing on the table an assortment of weird items and magazines. The eighth seat's visible eye widened at one magazine, which the girl quickly hid, blushing to the roots of her hair. "It's not mine," she explained, stammering. "Someone else must have left it after their desk duty. Hontou ni."

Not wanting to cause her further embarrassment, Peishin said: "I believe you."

"Here's the key," the woman said, still bright red.

Peishin took it and walked on, down the corridor dividing blocks one and two. It was unexpectedly quiet in here today, but then again, he thought, he had chosen to come very early to avoid stressing the prisoners. They took adjustments to their schedules with such bad graces, normally, that even the captain hesitated over disturbing them unduly.

Hushing his footsteps slowed him down, but he eventually stood in the furthest corner of the cell block, in front of a solid door marked 'ninety-four'.

The key clanked slightly as he inserted it into the wall-lock. Nothing he could do about that, nor about the sound of the shutters. He'd turned the key full circle and so they shot up into the door frame above his head, leaving the doorway completely unblocked. Peishin was framed from the light behind him, casting his shadow into the rectangle of light that fell into the cell's interior.

His eyes struggled to adjust to the darkness inside.

"Itsuru-kun?"

In cell 94, the cell was dull and Itsuru was on his own lucky he doesn't have any cell mates, in a very unconfortable bed, well it's not quite exactly a bed but more like sleeping on the hard floor in the corner of the room in the recovery position.
Itsuru's back against Peishin and facing the wall.
Itsuru was treating his white bedding for support for his head, even the matress was so soft he was pretty much sinking in.

Itsuru was a person you would normally see as an athlete built for any type of sport, he was wearing his shihakusho was all loose and baggy but missing his academy kosode that was usally round his waist that made him look different to other people but now he has blended into the background and not very noticable in a crowd.

Itsuru's trainers are beside his bed, still sleeping and recopperating from the fight he had with a hollow, but he felt like did deserved a long rest. It has been awhile since he had a good long lie-in even.

He was ignoring the shadow in his room when someone called his name, the only reaction Peishin got was Itsuru turning to face Peishin and mumbling something quite confusing in his sleep.

"Five more minutes?"

Trust Itsuru, he thought, stifling a grin that refused to go away, to sleep like a baby when he's a prisoner, locked in a cell designed to be uncomfortable. Sometimes I wonder if everything's all right in that head of his.

Approaching the sleeping figure, clapping his hands as he did, Peishin stood over him and spoke in a loud, clear voice:

"Itsuru-kun, time to wake up! We're leaving."

He turned away from his friend and returned to the door, waiting for him to get up and follow. The eighth seat was perfectly aware of what would happen if he didn't vacate the cell immediately, and hoped Itsuru wouldn't let himself in for that.

Itsuru woke up when his heard a clap and the loud voice, he was sitting down on the floor, rubbing his eyes with the palm of his hand, soon he gave a stretch and a grunt instead of a yawn to finish off, he seem to be half awake and half asleep.

Geez Nii-san, do you have a snooze button? Itsuru thought, with a tired and confused look on his face.

Sitting down hit picked up both of his shoes with his right hand, with one finger on each shoe. Put both of his shoes down on the floor Itsuru putting them on and jumpped from his bed and stood up.

Walking towards Peishin, he wanted to say something, he didn't know what is on his big brother's mind, after all he did said some somethings he still regreted.

"Nii-san... err... Look, about the FaceOff and the Rewind incident... I" Itsuru paused and he didn't wanted to finish off his sentance, he was afraid of what Peishin is going to say, so instead he just looked at Peishin in the eyes then looked at his bandage on his cheek, Itsuru sighed and nodded as he looked at the door.

"You think I'm an awful little brother... don't you?" asked Itsuru.

"You know, it seems every time I see you, you're apologising for something or other." He turned his head to focus his good eye on his friend, smiling at him. "No, I don't think you're an awful little brother. You might be an idiot sometimes, but you've got a good heart and I suppose that's what matters at the end of the day.

"Now come on."

Peishin led Itsuru out of the holding cells, giving a little wave to the deskwoman as he passed. She returned it shyly, her cheeks mostly back to their normal colour, before going back to work. The two Shinigami walked out of twelfth squad's territory and headed straight for Itsuru's room, trading good-morning's to people as they passed. At one point they bumped into Gaikotsu, the twelfth squad lieutenant, and they stopped to bow. They were ignored.

Finally they arrived at Itsuru's room, and Peishin paused outside.

"I'll be going now. I've got the day off and I'm organising a dinner. You should come, if you're not busy," he added. "It'll be fun. My unit will be there. I'll call round for you later."

He turned to go, but hesitated. It seemed Peishin had something on his mind, something nagging him. Twice he opened his mouth to say something; twice he shut it, and, in the end, sighed, muttered: "Good luck," and walked off.

Being escorted to Itsuru's house, Peishin seemed his visit is going to be an "in and out" kind of visit.

Peishin

"I'll be going now. I've got the day off and I'm organising a dinner. You should come, if you're not busy, It'll be fun. My unit will be there. I'll call round for you later."

He always had loads of free time on his hands, and since his holiday to the human world has gone pear shaped he had to stay in the soul society longer, Itsuru had been suspended from his deputy shinigami duties, thinking it was a vacation.

"Oh, Okay Nii-sama, if posible can you not give me the tube and make me some of those dumplings I like?" Itsuru requested with a small smile.

Itsuru turned around when Peishin said his unit will be there, which made him open his eyes and had quite grimace, feeling apprehensive about them.

Wait a sec, his unit? I hope they are not a unit of mad scientists and lab rats who are going to poke and probe me.

Itsuru quickly shock the clouds of doubt in his head thinking if Peishin's unit would do such a thing like that, after all they do research hollows and shinigami but Peishin isn't that sort of guy who would do that... he is a security guard after all.

I don't think Nii-san's unit are like that... are they? I was wrong about the Psymon and his Junkyard Scientists, I should give them a chance.

Turning to Peishin with a smile on his face he heard his say something like "Good Luck." and walked off.
Itsuru was quite confused about what Nii-san meant by good luck.
Trying to forget about it he went upstairs to his room he slid the door opened trying not to think about the dinner party with freaky people, Peishin had to work with.

The door opened.

Matsuda lifted his eyes from the object in his hands and looked up at the young man who had just entered the room. He was an athletically built individual with spiky hair, dressed in the robes of a death god. Though Matsuda had never met the boy before he knew him by sight, and felt satisfaction that he had been delivered on time.

"Good morning, Zaku-san," he said.

"Hwahhhh!" Itsuru gave out a blokey scream, he stepped back and held his chest with his left hand. quite a normal reaction that wasn't expected, something like that would have giving him a heart attack.

Itsuru looked around his room he looked at the bed side desk to saw something was missing.
a photo of him when he was a baby is there along with a collection of books white and red book of hollows, his green book of humans is also on the desk then he noticed one of his books were taken and this young man who is sitting on the celing is reading a navy blue book.

This skinny male figure seems to be a shinigami and seemed to be slouching, he was skinny with untidy, black spicky hair (no different to Itsuru's spiky tuft of hair in the front).
His face seemed pale as a lily that this man didn't have enough sunlight, he seemed to have a face of a male models that you see in those purfume adverts, seductive but blank expression, but he has bags under his steel blue eyes, he was reading one of Itsuru's book, not just any book... his journal.

"Who are you? what are you doing in my room? and why are you doing reading my journal?" Itsuru seemed to be ticked off that a random stranger is in his room when he shouldn't be. His bedroom was his own personal sanctuary and someone has invaded.

"Oh-ho! So many questions. Which should I answer first?"

He snapped the diary shut with one hand and stood up, inversed to Itsuru as he was still on the ceiling. Strolling as if he had all the time in the world, Matsuda walked along the roof, down the wall, and onto the floor with confidence and ease, his bare feet pat-patting gently. Now right-way up he approached Itsuru and held out his journal to offer it to its rightful owner.

"My name is Matsuda Toshiro," he said calmly. His voice was husky, but strong, and lengthened the ends of his words. "I am the captain of twelfth squad. I am here because I wanted to meet you, and present you with an offer you will not be able to refuse. And..." Matsuda's eyes went to his diary, for a moment, before returning to stare into Itsuru's eyes. "I'm reading your journal because I wished to know more about you and the way you think. You are an interesting person, Zaku-san. I am sure you would like to make up for the disappointment you have caused me in recent weeks."

Matsuda turned away suddenly, approaching the table containing several books, and picked one up idly, holding it with exaggerated delicacy, between his thumb and forefinger, at arm's length. The title was upside down: the slouched death god captain tilted his head to better read the words.

"Have I satisfied your questions?" he asked, his back to Itsuru. "Would you like to hear my offer, now? Please remember who I am, and believe me, I know who you are. I know your strengths, your weaknesses. I know your friends. I wouldn't dream of threatening you, Zaku-san, so instead I will ask you as a friend, if you will hear my request, and we will carry on as friends."

He half-turned to glare at Itsuru. "Well?"

Looking at this strange pale man closed Itsuru's diary shut, he stood up and walked down from the ceiling, then he walked on the wall and soon he was the right side up.
the game Itsuru his journal back but as Itsuru touched his book he felt the reiastu from the man's hand... Itsuru felt he is having a bad feeling about this guy.

The skinny man introduced himself calling himself a Matsuda Toshiro.

12th Squad Captain? No wonder why I have a bad feeling from him.

Itsuru was starting to worry about this man, he wanted to meet him and give him an offer he couldn't refuse... Itsuru is not liking where this is going is zanpakuto nor his spirits are not with him to help him out for advice, they are after all their his voices of reason.

As Matsuda-Taicho said he was reading his journal because he wanted to know about him and how he thinks, and with his steel blue eyes staring at him he is making it really unconfortable, sometimes he wished they blink more.

"You don't see me go into your turf and..." Itsuru remembered... he did, he did go to the barracks and get info on hollows, but never read any files on who is in 12th squad this is completely different. "Oh yeah... I have, nevermind" Itsuru was looking at the wall.

Matsuda

"I am sure you would like to make up for the disappointment you have caused me in recent weeks."

"To be honest with you Matsuda-Taicho" He bowed "I don't regret one bit of it... If I didn't slay Codename: Rewind, and you wanted to capture the hollow... We would have one giant reset button. But the mission on the soul pager made it official, so to me... a wins a win."

When the 12th Squad captain satisfied his question, Itsuru is not satisfied with the situation, He is doing his best to be adamant with his guest.

Itsuru looked at the captains back it was strange for a captain to not wear a haori.

Mastuda

"Would you like to hear my offer, now? Please remember who I am, and believe me, I know who you are. I know your strengths, your weaknesses. I know your friends. I wouldn't dream of threatening you, Zaku-san, so instead I will ask you as a friend, if you will hear my request, and we will carry on as friends."

The young rebelious shinigami was between a rock and a hard place, he is remembering who he is... a Taicho, who snuck into his room. Is Peishin strange "good bye" and "good luck" connected to this? Itsuru thinks it definitely is, why would his big brother keep something like this from him?
Was Matsuda playing a mind game? Itsuru better play this "game" or Matsuda-Taicho is going to win this.

"OK, I havn't decided I am not going to accept or decline, you anounced you are a captain... where is your Haori? don't you wear it everywhere you go? secondly you seem to be playing the "Taicho card" but unfortunatly" Itsuru smiled and nodded a "no" as he continued "You are not my captain and I am not in your squad, you seem to know my strentghs and weaknesses so I seem to be treading on thin ice" Itsuru smiled "but my inner world isn't cold enough for snow 'n' ice and neither is the soul society, but! you are asking me as a friend... I have been befriended and I've also been betrayed before, Matsuda-Taicho."

Itsuru started to sound adamant about this so he knew he had to choose his words carefully.

"OK, I'll hear you out Matsuda-Taicho, but again, I am not going to accept or decline right off the bat. But if your T's and C's goes against my way of life... I will decline, right here, right now" Itsuru kept being adamant still sticking to his guns.

I wonder if it's not too late to slap a restraining order on Matsuda-Taicho's butt. Itsuru thought and he gave a smile.

Zaku

"You don't see me go into your turf and..."

Matsuda's eyebrows settled in straight lines sitting atop his eyes, though the focus of his gaze and its target - the book - didn't change, and hardly a muscle moved in the captain's face. His shoulders remained loose, relaxed, but his back straightened slightly at the accusing tone in Zaku's voice.

Zaku

"To be honest with you Matsuda-Taicho, I don't regret one bit of it... If I didn't slay Codename: Rewind, and you wanted to capture the hollow... We would have one giant reset button. But the mission on the soul pager made it official, so to me... a wins a win."

"You forget, Zaku-san," Matsuda replied calmly, "that your 'official mission' was not 'official' until after you pursued the Hollow. If you had been any quicker to kill it you would have had no justification whatsoever." He stared at Itsuru for a few moments, then shrugged. "But it is not the propriety of your actions I am here to discuss. You have caused me upset, Zaku-san, not the Gotei, not Central forty-six, me... and it is me that I suggest you would do good to reimburse for my loss. Rewind would have been a valuable subject."

Zaku

where is your Haori? don't you wear it everywhere you go?

"No, Zaku-san, I do not. It is only a piece of cloth, and I do not hold my rank thanks to a piece of cloth."

Zaku

"You are not my captain and I am not in your squad

"Granted, you are correct," Matsuda replied. "However, it would be unwise to show me disrespect after this, which is your first warning. No matter which squad you belong to, I am a captain, and few captains would raise a cry if I were to cut down a disrespectful young pup that didn't know how to control his mouth."

Matsuda fell silent for a few moments after Itsuru finished speaking, staring not at him, but through him, his eyes at chest-height as he mused on the conversation. Eventually he straightened, lifting his eyes to lock gazes with the other, and smiled a small, weak smile.

"Good. You are not completely without common sense," he commented. "Agreeing to anything before learning is one path to an early death. I commend you.

"Now, here is my offer. It should not go too far against your ethics. I want you to make up for me the loss I have suffered with the death of Rewind." He held up a hand, forestalling any debate. "You will not be asked to capture Hollows. I would not trust you to do so, in any case, and you would not agree. No, I merely wish you to run some errands for me over the next month."

Matsuda walked to the door, paused, and looked over his shoulder at Itsuru.

"I give you twenty four hours to think about it," he said. Then he left, closing the door gently behind him, leaving Itsuru in his room, alone, unhurt, and with all his possessions.

Two hours later Peishin returned, knocking on Itsuru's door gently. He was pretty sure that Matsuda-taicho had gone because he couldn't feel his reiatsu, but he didn't want to startle Itsuru.

"Itsuru-kun, you in?"

It has been 2 hours since Matsuda-Taicho invaded his room, if this guy assumes he knows Itsuru, there was more to him then meets the eye.
Was it hanging out with humans that made him unpredictable or was it his modern attidude that lead to his downfall either way Itsuru was unharmed.
looking at his books that wern't returned in it's rightful place he put them back in the rightful order having the feeling the worst was over.

Staring at the door where the 12th Squad captain left, Itsuru felt terrified in the inside from that aftershock with that mind game, all in all, he seemed OK, he seemed he needed someone, anyone to hold him tightly to help him ride the storm.

He isn't going to be a good test subject Mastuda-Taicho, the hollow will get nervous and will get the answers wrong.

breathing in and out with his nose he summoned a vigorous smile and back to his normal cool, calm and collected attitude, he walked to his wardrobe took out an academy kosode from his wardrobe and tied it to his waist.

Just when he was about to sit on his desk, he took out some m&m's out of his bowl and when he was just about pen was going to met paper to write an entry in his journal... Itsuru heard someone behind the door
Peishin

"Itsuru-kun, you in?"

"Hey there Nii-san, come on in."

It didn't surprise Peishin to hear Itsuru, apparently alive and healthy, answer his query. Matdusa-taicho was a weird guy, all said and done, but he rarely displayed anger and even less frequently used violence as a means to an end. He slid open his friend's door and stepped inside, bowing slightly to Itsuru in a formal gesture of welcome.

"It's good to see you, Itsuru-kun. How did it go?"

Peishin entered into his room and bowed at him, Itsuru was happy to see his kind, warm stubbly face so Itsuru stood up from his desk and returned the bow.

when Peishin asked him a question, how did it go with his Taicho, Itsuru smiled at Peishin knowing he was there for him.

"Well Nii-san" Itsuru giggled and pointed to himself "This disrespectful young pup had tons of common sense after Matsuda Taicho's psycological warfare... I think he took it... rather well."

Itsuru was flicking the tuffed of his hair upwards, he looked around at his tidy room, so he looked at his older brother which sounds like a favour as he was starting to feel slightly more awkward in asking Peishin so he had better ask.

"Nii-san I know this seems out of the blue... But if it's ok with you... can I crash with you for the while? It's kinda somewhat Mastuda-Taicho and 12th Squad related."

Peishin grinned at him.

"It's not as out-of-the-blue as you think, Itsuru-kun, but yeah, you can, if you like. Don't worry though. I couldn't stop Matsuda-taicho from coming to see you, but he's not all bad. I requested that you be assigned to me for the duration of your... uhm... penance." A spasm of discomfort crossed his face at that, knowing Itsuru considered himself innocent and, personally, being half convinced of it himself. "Anyway, he said yes, so you'll be working with me and my team for the next month. That's kinda why I organised this dinner," he added.

Patting Itsuru's shoulder, he gestured for him to follow.

"Come on, then, let's get going. You can crash at my place tonight and we can come for your stuff tomorrow, if you need anything. And tonight the meal is on me," he flicked the thumbs-up at his friend. "So all you have to do is relax and try to act normal with my twelfth squad friends. They're not all freaks, I promise."

When Itsuru heard that Peishin allowed him to stay in his quarters for a while Itsuru leant toward Peishin and gave him a pat on the back as a gesture of gratitude, Itsuru could smell the strong scent of tobacco and sake that was trapped in Peishin's black shinigami uniform, Itsuru smiled as it triggered alot of memories.

Itsuru let go of Peishin and smiled.

"I can't believe that I am going to live with you in your 9th seat quarters like old times" Itsuru looked up into the sky. "It feels like yesterday whenever I go there to see you, I rough house with you in my academy days, listen to you play the ocarina and when ever I was hungry you always get me some grilled dumplings."

---
OOC: Itsuru dosen't know about Peishin's promo, so he still believes he is still 9th seat.
---

Itsuru followed Peishin he guess he wanted to show him that 12th squad arn't all geeks, freaks and two-headed monsters as Itsuru claims them to be, still apprehensive about Peishin's unit, he rested his left hand on Peishin's shoulder.

"Nii-san, as my superior I will relax, but... why should I be normal? that would be boring, can I just be myself instead?" asked Itsuru.

"Actually Itsuru-kun, I was promoted not long ago. I'm eighth seat now," he smiled proudly. "I tried to get in touch with you to let you know, we had a party and everything, but I guess the message didn't get through." He laughed, suddenly, and said: "Miyahara was so hungover she had to call a sickie for two days afterwards. And I got this," Peishin pointed to the bandages covering the left side of his face, "on the mission after the party, so maybe I was a bit hungover too. That was while you were doing the whole Rewind thing."

They strolled through twelfth squad territory and into Peishin's new quarters, which were bigger than his old ones and had been cleared for the occasion. Not that Peishin owned much in the material sense to begin with; all it had required was moving his few books, rolling up his tatami mat, and lining up the sake along one wall. A long table had been brought in and was sitting in a central position in the room.

"There're... let's see..." he counted on his fingers. "Well, Chishin is coming, Arahashi too, Ohba is a maybe, but I'm betting she'll come. Tsuruga mightn't come, she's not much of a drinker. Uhm," he scratched his head, trying to remember who else was attending. "Vasq, Miyahara from Gaikotsu-fukutaicho's unit as well as Kameo... Kagemoto, Ningyo and Harada aren't coming for definite though." Peishin blinked at his fingers, not counting the 'maybe' crowd, only the 'definite' individuals. "Five. There'll be five guests, not counting you and me, at the very least. And three of those are from my unit.

"See," he said to Itsuru, "my unit and me often work with Gaikotsu-fukutaicho's, so I've invited them along too. But Harada doesn't drink, and Kagemoto's quite a private person, and Gaikotsu-fukutaicho... well... he's not much of a party person, you know?" he chuckled and clapped his friend on the back. "It'll still be a good night, though!"

Itsuru-kun

"Nii-san, as my superior I will relax, but... why should I be normal? that would be boring, can I just be myself instead?"

"Of course," he replied. "That's what I meant! Just be yourself. Although, here's a word of warning," he squeezed Itsuru's shoulder for a moment to show his seriousness. "Do not give Vasq a nickname, alright? He's a bit... sensitive... about nicknames. Everyone else should be okay though, so just relax and enjoy yourself.

"Okay!" Peishin clapped his hands and rubbed them together. "I've ordered lots of food and it should be arriving any time now. The guests will be here soon too. Would you like to meet them at the door and let them in?" he asked, grinning at the thought of Itsuru in a butler's outfit. "Or would you rather wait in here and have me introduce them one at a time to you before we eat? Either way's good for me. Oh, and one more thing. We're not wearing these," he picked at Itsuru's kosode and his own. "I took the liberty of guessing your size. Go look in the next room," he indicated a sliding door into his bedroom, a smaller but still sizeable room attaching to this one, "and let me know what you think."

"Actually Itsuru-kun, I was promoted not long ago. I'm eighth seat now, I tried to get in touch with you to let you know, we had a party and everything, but I guess the message didn't get through."

"No, we had that massive arguement and I said something like I was never going to speak to you ever. But yeah... let's go with the Rewind thing." Itsuru nodded and gave Peishin a naive smile.

Itsuru went to see Peishin's new room, it was bigger then his last room he still had that minimalist look with his room, compared to Itsuru's room his was modern but conveniant (hold the electricity).

Peishin was counting who is offically comming but when Peishin said Tsuruga might not come, she is not a drinker, Itsuru stated "Hey, I'm not much of a drinker too, Nii-san." Itsuru foldered his arms and gave him the look.
"So Psymon and his crew are not comming them? That's a shame, they love a good party."

As Peishin squeezed his shoulder warning him not to give this Vasq nicknames. Itsuru dosn't know him.
"So no nicknames for "No U-san" Itsuru winked and smiled at Peishin "Gottcha."

Peishin

"Would you like to meet them at the door and let them in or would you rather wait in here and have me introduce them one at a time to you before we eat?

When Peishin asked if Itsuru wanted to invite his squad mates to his room, he knew the fact this is Peishin's quarters.

"Well Nii-san, this is your quarters, these are YOUR units... if you ask me to greet them at the door." Itsuru started to feel embarassed about seeing new people, especailly those in 12th Squad.
"Err... You know... erm I don't think I would invite them in" Itsuru quickly looked at the table thinking they would experiment on the table let alone eat from it, the young shinigami nodded quickly declining.

As Peishin took Itsuru's academy kosode from his waist he stated that they isn't going to wear their uniform for this dinner party

Peishin

"I took the liberty of guessing your size. Go look in the next room, and let me know what you think."

Itsuru held in his laughter and went into the next room and closed the door behind him.

"It's OK Nii-san, I can undersatand... you are a century older then me so you tend to be old fashioned."

Itsuru was in the room on his own assuming Peishin is changing in the main room. looking at this kimono, it had a blue, cool grey and white (tidal wave) pattern at the bottom of the kimono.
what made it interesting was it had a tiger roaring on the grey rocks and on the left shoulder was a green oriental dragon roaring at the tiger (it had the illusion that the tiger and the dragon are about to have an fight in a waterfall.

given the warning it maybe too large for me, but Itsuru loved his clothes to be loose and easy to move around in.

Itsuru slid the door open to one side and popped his head out to see Peishin, he wasn't too sure if he was indecent, so Itsuru skipped the "Hey, Nii-san are you decent?" question and got the point of asking if this is the Komono that Peishin bought for him.

Hey Nii-sa----, Oops, my bad!" Itsuru closed the door quickly and went slightly red. "Is it the Tiger and Dragon Kimono? I know you are definetly not the type of person to wear something this "loud".

Itsuru-kun

"Err... You know... erm I don't think I would invite them in."

"Never mind, I'll do it," he told Itsuru.

Itsuru disappeared next door. Peishin smiled, hoping that his friend would appreciate the clothes he'd bought him as a present. While they were separated he began to change, and was just untying his hakama when he heard the door slide open and a brief squawk of surprise from behind him. He turned to see the door slide shut again.

Itsuru-kun

"Oops, my bad!"

"No harm done," he laughed. "Yeah, that's yours. I have mine here. What do you think? Does it fit alright?" He listened to Itsuru's response and, when he'd finished, answered a look-and-gesture Itsuru had tossed him earlier. "It doesn't matter if you don't want to drink, Itsuru-kun. As long as you enjoy yourself. I'll be drinking though, and there'll be a few toasts. Will you join us in celebrating like that?"

Minutes later the two men stood facing each other once more, Itsuru in his tiger-and-dragon kimono, Peishin wearing a plain, navy blue robe with sun-yellow sworls decorating the left breast and arm. The older Shinigami made a thumbs-up gesture.

"Lady killers," he chuckled.

At that moment came a knock at the door. He threw Itsuru a last 'you sure?' look before approaching it and opening it. A brief conversation followed between the arrivals and the host before he let them inside.

"Wow, right on time as expected!" he said to the blonde woman.

To which she blinked at him, her one sign of uncertainty. "I did wrongly?"

"No, no, not at all!" he assured her. "I forget how literal you are, that's all. The food isn't even here yet. Never mind, come in! Come in! Ah, hallo," he said now to the dark haired lady. "Gaikotsu-fukutaicho let you away for the evening then? I'm surprised you haven't brought some work with you! Was he in a kind mood today?"

"Don't make fun," the dark-haired woman hissed at him, smacking him on top of the head with her fist. "Gaikotsu-sama is... passionate... that's all."

"I'm just teasing," he laughed, rubbing his head. "Come on in, you're the first to arrive."

He admitted them, grinning. They were both known to Itsuru.

The first stood at five-nine, with cornsilk hair tied back in a long ponytail, wearing a white kimono decorated with red flowers. She could not be described as petit, with large arms and hands. Her eyes were blank, blue, and her face impassive as she stood before Peishin and the younger Shinigami. The second woman was shorter than the first, slim and graceful in her movements, with short, spiky black hair and grey-green eyes. She looked at Peishin with respect and affection before turning interested eyes on Itsuru.

"Zaku Itsuru-kun, meet Ningyo-chan," Peishin introduced the first. The blonde lady bowed respectfully in response. "And this is Miyahara Kaori-chan," he said, to which the dark haired lady bowed. "You've met before, but under... ah... different circumstances. Do you remember them at all?"

"That's not a polite question to ask," Miyahara admonished him. Turning from him she asked Itsuru: "How do you do, Zaku-san? I hope you've been well and that your... imprisonment... didn't upset you too badly."

Ningyo, standing behind her, said nothing, but watched their exchange.

"What do you think? Does it fit alright?"

"Yeah, I love my kimono Nii-sama, it's loose and comfortable, espeacilly the epic pattern, I've always wanted have a kimono of my very own, Dono Arigato Nii-sama, this is the best kimono I've ever had." Itsuru seemed ecstatic about Peishin's gift

There was a knock on the door and two ladies came in one was wearing a white kimono with read flowers it really did suit her and the black haired woman who seem to be gaving him quite an interesting look

When Peishin introduced the two ladies they bowed to Itsuru and he returned the bows to show respect to his superiors.

Peishin

"You've met before, but under... ah... different circumstances. Do you remember them at all?"

Miyahara

"That's not a polite question to ask."

"Yeah... Peishin-Nii," agreeing with Miyahara "I don't want to talk about that episode too." Itsuru covered his eyes (mentally crying inside) he nodded that he wished Peishin would never reminded him of that. "That's what driven me to slay Rewind in the first place."

Itsuru nodded as he couldn't remember those faces, it felt like he was in a room with strangers who knew him but he doesn't seem to remeber them at all.
"Sorry Peishin-Nii, I can't remember them?"

The two ladies turned to him, doing his best to give them a chance and not to see them as two headed monsters, after all he is going to work with them for a month.

"Hi there Miyahara-san" he bowed while looking up to the black haired woman "Oh no, not at all, I've been grounded, had detention and been kicked out of schools, I think I'm used to breaking rules that I'm kinda used to being punished, I hope you are looking after my zanpakuto in the compound... they can be quite a handful sometimes." Itsuru
