~General Behaviour The rules for participation here on Bleached Horizons are pretty much the common ones you'll find anywhere on the internet, but they're repeated here as a reminder to y'all as how to go about your daily business on the forums. NO Spam, unless in the 11th Squad Barracks or if there's a Toast Day. NO Hate! No flaming, bashing, trolling... we're all here out of a mutual love and respect for an anime/manga, right? Let's keep in mind that we're bound to have differences in opinion along the lines. NO Sexual content! We might swear and be generally rude young adults, but actual sex-type talk? UH-HUH, BIG NO-NO. NO art theft - as we have a lot of love for art on this forum in all its forms, we're heavily against plagiarism and other forms of art theft. If we find you trying to pass off someone's hard work as your own, we WILL come down upon you and smite thee. and NO ASSHATS! These apply to everyone, nobody is exempt from these rules. But seeing as how we've got a great forum here, we've not needed to enforce them yet. And a polite note on signatures, there are no rules or guidelines as yet but if you commit the cardinal sins of either page stretching or making us scroll down lots to see the next post, expect your sig to be edited or removed... ~Art Forum Rules Same rules as elsewhere how ever just to re-iterate... Anyone caught committing Art Theft will be Banned! Art Theft is claiming any art you have not drawn/created yourself as your own. If your artwork contains an element that isn't yours it's ok to post it so long as you give credit where possible. If the original creator is unknown to you simply state this. We feel you Artists deserve more credit than all being thrown into one little thread and that you should be able to have comments on your work and not have to filter them out from peoples comments on other work. So the idea is to create a thread per Artist. (whether showing off your own or someone else's.) Don't hi-jack someone's thread to show off your own creations, please create your own. Also don't make a thread per artwork, this might be deemed spam. If your old topic has gone on for a long time then a new thread might be an option, but generally one topic per artist please. ~11th Squad Barracks "guidelines ;)" Anything goes, pretty much. Give us your button and a link, and should we like the look of your site(and by we, I mean MoD ) then we'll add you. All we ask in return is that you take one of our buttons(soon to be posted up here) and place it on your own site, linking back to the main page. Advertising is simple enough. Create a thread, tell us about your forum you're plugging. We may even review it, to let our members know whether it's worth their time and attention. Joining just to advertise is a slappable offence, and we will not hesitate to deploy a banhammer for you if you join just for this purpose.
